Dasaratha Shani Stotra or Dasaratha Krutha Shani Stotra is a powerful remedy to appease Shani (Saturn) and invoke his blessings during Saturn’s transit in one’s life. This Stotra was chanted by King Dasaratha to prevent Shani from entering Rohini Nakshatra (a very malefic placement for kings) during his reign. Chanting this Stotra helps reduce the malefic effects of Saturn during his transits. People undergoing Sade Sati, or 7 ½ years of Saturn, can benefit immensely by chanting this Mantra. It is also beneficial for people undergoing unfavorable Shani Dasa and Shani Bhukthi.
